MachineTek’s Hexagon Absolute 7-Axis Arm strengthens our ability to inspect aerospace honeycomb, foam, and composite components with speed, accuracy, and flexibility. This portable metrology system supports touch probing, 3D scanning, CAD-to-part inspection, reverse engineering, and in-process dimensional verification for complex aerospace parts, tooling, and fixtures.

For manufacturers working with machined honeycomb, formed honeycomb, aerospace foam, and composite core materials, accurate inspection is critical to maintaining tight tolerances and ensuring parts are ready for downstream layup and assembly.
