This Fadal 6030 3-axis vertical mill has 60″ x 30″ horizontal travel and is sturdy and accurate enough for precision metal machining. Useful for metal and foam tooling fabrication, this machine tool is also used to profile unexpanded honeycomb, machine bonded honeycomb panels, and profile foam and other composite materials. The work area is fully enclosed. This mill has an automatic tool changer and flood coolant capability.

Our Wisconsin Oven is a reliable and efficient method for drying, forming, splicing, and potting honeycomb core. The oven’s Allen Bradley computer control allows for programmed heat cycles. Thermocouple connections enable precise monitoring of temperatures on and within heating fixtures and parts. Vacuum connections allow vacuum-bagged parts to maintain vacuum throughout the oven cycle. Network connectivity allows capturing multiple channels of data (thermocouples, vacuum transducers, and other parameters) for real-time and historical analysis and to provide finished part documentation.
