Our Wisconsin Oven is a reliable and efficient method for drying, forming, splicing, and potting honeycomb core. The oven’s Allen Bradley computer control allows for programmed heat cycles. Thermocouple connections enable precise monitoring of temperatures on and within heating fixtures and parts. Vacuum connections allow vacuum-bagged parts to maintain vacuum throughout the oven cycle. Network connectivity allows capturing multiple channels of data (thermocouples, vacuum transducers, and other parameters) for real-time and historical analysis and to provide finished part documentation.
